A missed call goes to the next shop on Google.
Answer every call, 24/7. Call Marge picks up when you're on a job, after hours, and on weekends. It takes the details and texts them to you, so you can call back and book the work.
(858) 348-9128 is a live demo. It answers as a sample HVAC/plumbing shop. Tell it your AC is out or your water heater is leaking and see what it does.
Tuesday, 7:42 PM. You're under a sink.
- Without an answerVoicemail. The caller tries the next shop.
- With Call MargeAnswered on the first ring. Details taken.
Address: North Park

Live in three steps. You keep your number.
No new phone system and no app to learn.
Tell us about your shop
Your services, service area, hours, and how you want emergencies handled. A short call or the form below covers it.
Forward your missed calls
Set your current number to forward calls you don't pick up, and after-hours calls, to your receptionist. Your number stays the same.
Get a text for every call
Each call ends with a text to you: who called, where they are, what's wrong, and how urgent it is. You call back and book it.
Built for shops where the phone rings while you work
Answers after hours and on jobs
Nights, weekends, lunch, or when both hands are busy. Every call gets answered, including two at once.
Natural voice
She introduces herself as Marge and talks like a calm front-desk person, not a phone tree. No "press 1." If someone asks whether she's AI, she says yes. Callers just say what's wrong.
Takes down the job
Name, callback number, service address, the problem, and how urgent it is. The same five things every time.
Texts you the details
A short summary lands on your phone right after the call, so you can decide whether to call back now or in the morning.
Hands off to a person
If a caller asks for a person, it doesn't argue. It transfers to you or takes a message, whichever you choose.
Handles emergencies safely
If a caller says they smell gas, it tells them to leave the house now and call SDG&E or 911 from outside, then flags the call to you as urgent.
Monthly call review
Listen to call recordings and read transcripts. Each month we go over them with you and adjust how it answers.
Set up for your trade
It knows the difference between a no-cool call and a slab leak, and it uses your service area and your hours.
They usually are. So we built this one differently.
Most people hate phone bots because of menus, loops, and getting stuck with no way out. Your customers want someone to pick up, hear the problem, and promise a callback. That's the whole job here.
The best test is to call the demo yourself and try to trip it up. If you wouldn't want your customers talking to it, don't buy it.
Annoying phone bots
- "Press 1 for…" menus
- Loops when you go off script
- No way to reach a person
- Pretends to book things it can't
Your receptionist
- Callers just talk
- Short, plain questions, then done
- A person whenever the caller asks
- Takes details and promises a callback from you, nothing more
Fill in your own numbers
You know your shop better than any industry average. Here's the simple math.
Say a shop misses 5 calls a week, thinks half would have booked, and averages $350 a job: 5 × 50% × $350 × 4 = $3,500 a month. These are made-up numbers to show the math, not data about any real shop. Use your own.

Common questions
How long does setup take?
Usually a few days from when we get your shop details. Most of that is building your script and running test calls with you. Turning on call forwarding takes a few minutes.
Do I keep my phone number?
Yes. You keep your number and keep answering it like you do now. You set it to forward the calls you miss, and after-hours calls, to your receptionist. You can turn forwarding off anytime.
What if it gets something wrong?
Every call is recorded and transcribed, and the text summary comes to you right away, so you can catch mistakes when you call back. It doesn't quote prices or promise appointment times unless you tell it to. When we review calls each month, we fix anything it handled poorly.
What does it cost?
Setup starts at $500 (the first 5 San Diego shops get a founding price of $250). After that it's $200 to $400 a month depending on call volume, month to month, with no long contract.
California requires consent to record calls. How is that handled?
California requires everyone on a call to consent before it's recorded. The receptionist tells callers at the start that the call may be recorded, before the conversation begins. We can adjust that wording to match how your shop already handles it. This isn't legal advice. If you have specific compliance questions, check with your attorney.
Will callers know it's AI?
Marge introduces herself by name. If someone asks whether she's AI, she says yes. And if they want a person, she hands off to you or takes a message.
